Spain is famous for their delicious cured meats. The best known is the Jamon Iberico de Bellota. The Iberian pig can only be found in Spain and while roaming open pastures they feed on a very special acorn known as the “Bellota.” This is what gives the Jamon Iberico, also known as Pata Negra, its distinct savory and nutty taste. Great care is given to all cured meats that come from Spain, and is obvious with every bite.
